WE MIGHT BE A GOOD MATCH IF...
-
You just don’t feel like yourself lately. You’re not enjoying this time of life as much as you want to.
-
You have deep questions about spirituality and faith, maybe some doubts and fears too.
-
Depression, anxiety, bipolar, or OCD getting in the way of you being the parent you want to be.
-
You’re terrified about becoming a parent. If the way you feel during pregnancy is any indication, how will you manage when the kid actually arrives?
-
You’re a burned out birth worker. You love your patients, but your own exhaustion and overwhelm is making it hard to keep going.

SERVICES
Individual & Group Services
Free Consultation
After a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and whether or not Emilie Counseling is the right fit, you will be sent an online intake form as well as paperwork to sign and review before your first appointment.
Individual Adult Psychotherapy
Individual adult psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your need and availability.
In office, Virtual, & In home
I offer telehealth services as well as in office appointments on the north side of Chicago. Uncomfortable at the end of pregnancy, or struggling to leave the house postpartum? Let me come to you for a session in your home.
Group Mental Health
Support
Group sessions offer a supportive environment for individuals to connect, share experiences, and work on personal growth. Sessions are held weekly for 6-8 weeks, providing a consistent space for reflection and progress within a group dynamic.
We are currently offering group mental health support during pregnancy and postpartum.
FEES
Individual psychotherapy sessions are $150 (+$50 for in-home sessions during pregnancy/postpartum in the Chicagoland area to account for travel costs).
I accept most forms of payment including major credit cards. Payment is expected at the end of each session.
While I do not accept medical insurance, I can provide documentation that you may need to file for out-of-network insurance reimbursements. Please check your coverage carefully prior to making your appointment.
When you speak with your insurance company, you may want to ask the following questions:
-
Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?
-
What is the deductible for my behavioral health benefits?
-
What percentage of what I pay to my therapist will be reimbursed to me?
-
Is there a session limit?
